Troubleshooting Ad Publishing:
If you do not get redirected checkout for fee payment, and have a blank page displayed, the publishing of the ad has not been completed. Your ad will not be displayed in the category listings. We are looking into what is causing the issue and solution. In the meantime, the following details the steps to finish the publishing of your ad.
If you cannot find your ad in the listings or you were not directed to checkout for publishing fee payments (if applicable)
Go into your user account
Check to see payment status of your Ads.
My Public Ad Listings: all of your publicly viewable listings will show up in this list. Ads with “do not show in my public ad listing” enabled are hidden from this list.
My Ad Listings: display all ads published by you Including the ads with “do not show in my public ad listing”
“listings payment status” view payment status and purchase upgrades or bumps for individual ads already created or published.
Publishing fees/addon/upgrade options for individual ads: each ad will have a combination of the following three options or info available depending on the category.
“Paid” message is displayed for completed and published ads. “Pay publishing fee” button will be displayed on ads that are pending fee payment
Make premium: 5 day Premium Add-on can be purchased for ads at anytime by simply clicking on this button and following the checkout instructions.
Move to top: “bump” your ad to top of the listings.
Can only be bumped once every 2 hours.
When purchasing multiple bumps, your ad will be automatically bumped every 2 hours until there are none remaining. Buy only the number of bumps you need when you need them IE: if you publish an item that you are actively working to sell within the next 6 hours and there’s a lot of traffic on the site, you can purchase 2 “move-to-top” for your new ad so that the item is automatically moved to top of listings every 2 hours. If its an existing ad posting, you would purchase 3 “move-to-top” because you will need to bump the old ad right away then every two hours after for the six hours.
